Jason Bergeron

Looking for a dynamic team with a collective of people that grow together is how Jason found himself at RNGD. Joining the company in 2015 as Superintendent, Jason arrived with an extensive construction background. His 22 years of civil construction experience includes deep underground drain, water, sewer, and box culvert installation. His projects have ranged from $1M to $10M for both public entities and commercial owners.

“This is the new construction company everyone is talking about.” And being part of “a team of teams,”  that challenges and celebrates one another is what drew Jason in. As Field Team Leader, Jason continues to work closely with project engineers and the foreman to schedule, plan, and execute RNGD’s infrastructure projects safely, on time, and on budget. Aside from project delivery, Jason focuses on building his team members—learning their strengths and enabling opportunities for growth.

Hailing from Bridge City, Louisiana, Jason is defined by his dedication and commitment, earning him a 2021 Sweeps Floors Award from RNGD. He has a true passion for construction—whether it’s breaking new ground or revving the old. Outside of work, Jason continues to stay active with a wealth of activities. You can find him hunting, fishing, frogging, building engines, or enjoying his most recent hobby: skydiving. As a third-generation beekeeper, Jason and his family produce some of the best honey in the state.
