Bringing together numbers and estimates is part of actualizing a client’s vision. Jeff makes that happen. As Chief Estimator for the Building Division, he works through conceptual estimating—setting the groundwork for the preconstruction process. It may look like facts and figures, but Jeff navigates the process with a keen insight and a creative mindset that helps clients turn their concepts into reality.
Jeff has been with Impetus since the beginning, joining the company right after his role on the preconstruction team for the $1.2B VA Medical Center project. Over his 20 years of commercial construction experience, Jeff has served as Lead Estimator for all types of projects, including multifamily, hotels, hospitals, offices, and manufacturing facilities. His wide range of knowledge in every kind of project delivery has made him an asset to the team. He truly thrives in both the negotiating and design-build arenas, providing owners and architects with value engineering ideas and other creative solutions to make a project successful for all parties.
Originally from New Orleans, Jeff is defined by both his reliability and practical nature. He earned his degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Jeff truly loves old historical buildings—structures Impetus frequently finds itself in—and enjoys reading, studying, and venturing further into the history of New Orleans, especially those historic buildings that are no longer around.
