Nathan Landry

Team Leader, Preconstruction

We’re proud to have a phenomenal group of leaders at Impetus, and Nathan is undoubtedly one of them. As a construction management professional with over 20 years of experience, Nathan has deep knowledge of the infrastructure process and a wealth of experience in all types of civil construction projects—including demolition, commercial civil, municipal roadwork, site remediation, storm drainage, site utilities, and concrete paving. His career has seen him bid and manage projects throughout South Louisiana ranging from $100K to $20M for both public and private sector clients. As Senior Estimator for the Infrastructure division, Nathan’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining Impetus’ civil construction work pipeline by building meaningful client relationships and aligning self-perform strategic advantages with current market trends.

Raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nathan earned his degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Since joining Impetus in 2016, Nathan has become a leader amongst Impetus’ civil team, excelling in all facets of the industry, from business development to estimating and operations. Along with his active projects, he uses his insight to benefit others in their professional development. As a graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Initiative (NORLI), Nathan dedicates his time to mentoring other professionals as a NORLI board member. He is currently serving his second three-year term on the selection committee while also leading the alumni engagement committee.

At Impetus, we work to serve the community in a variety of forms. Nathan echoes that sentiment by staying deeply involved with community work. Through Hogs for the Cause, he’s raised over $100,000 in the past five years to benefit children with pediatric brain cancer and their families. An avid LSU fan, Nathan also loves his country and cooking whenever he gets the chance. Outside of work and leadership activities, Nathan spends his time with the most important people in his life: his wife Amanda, and their three kids, Jack, Matthew, and Camille.

RENEGADE PHILOSOPHY: Every day, we are given the opportunity to build relationships that can last a lifetime. We must make the most of this gift.
