Subcontractor Inquiry 

We value our subcontractors as part of our family because we know that their success determines ours. 

Careful subcontractor selection is equally as important as selection of the right general contractor, because the general contractor is only as good as the team around them. Soliciting the right subcontractors is not nearly enough. A general contractor with great vision and a solid approach to the project can effectively lay out a pathway to success for the subcontractors. Their level of comfort with the project plan, and the selected general contractor, will impact the numbers submitted on bid day. Impetus always pays subcontractors on-time, treats them like family, and obtains the best pricing as a result.
