A former furniture store on Royal Street in the French Quarter is reimagined and transformed into a mixed-use space.
Royal Condominium Development LLC engaged Impetus (formerly Palmisano) as the Design-Build contractor for the four-story historic renovation of two interconnected buildings. Situated along the historic 200 block of Royal Street, the 39,000-square-foot former Hurwitz Mintz building was reimagined and transformed into a mixed-use space. This property, designed by studioWTA, now comprises 12 residential apartments and 2 penthouses, as well as interchangeable retail spaces throughout the ground floor and second floor.
