Overview

Repurposing historic Creole townhouses into a beautiful boutique hotel.

Two adjoining 1800s-era Creole townhouses and a three-story service building were given a new life as a boutique hotel on Frenchman Street. As the Design Builder, Impetus meticulously managed the historic renovation. The team also constructed a new three-story stair tower as well as a single-story fire pump room.

Completed in 2017, this 19-room hotel is now equipped with a new kitchen, bar and conference/dining room. Improvements to the courtyard enhance the architectural features and historic millwork. Additional exterior site improvements include a fountain, landscape planters, a slate tile courtyard, new perimeter fence, a pool, and off-street parking.
